Concierge first.
Manual last.
We build guest experiences for short-term rentals — AI-native from day one, graceful when we do not know.
Guest Guide started in 2023 in Camden, Maine — Ana’s cottage, the original Marsh Cottage. She had 47 pages of welcome documentation and was still answering “what’s the Wi-Fi” texts at 11pm on a Tuesday.
The first version was a single page that answered guest questions in her voice. The second added a day-planner. The third added confidence tiers — because hallucinated restaurant hours are worse than no answer at all.
Today we are a team of seven across four time zones, supporting 1,200+ hosts in 62 curated cities.
Our principles
Concierge, not document
A welcome book is read once. A concierge is asked twenty times. We are the latter.
Hedge over hallucinate
“Looks like it is open until 10 — worth calling to confirm” is always better than a confident wrong answer.
Host voice preserved
The AI sounds like Ana, not like ChatGPT. Tone calibration is a feature, not a setting.
