Set up your guide
in 11 minutes.
Three steps from sign-up to a working guest URL. No credit card, no developer time, no PDF to maintain.
1 — Add your stay
Property name, address, check-in window, Wi-Fi, door code. CSV upload if you have many.
2 — Paste your favorites
Restaurants, hikes, the morning bakery. Tag with confidence — “Host pick” or “Verify hours.”
3 — Share the link
One URL per stay. Send it the day before check-in or auto-attach to your PMS confirmation email.
Adding your stay
From the dashboard, click New property. Enter the basics: name (the warm one — “The Marsh Cottage”, not “Unit 4B”), street address, time zone, check-in/out windows. We’ll geocode and pull walk/drive distances automatically.
For Wi-Fi, paste the network name and password — we’ll generate the QR code. For door codes, set a stay-window if your lock supports time-locked codes; otherwise the static code shows during the booking only.
Importing from a welcome book
If you have a Notion, Hostfully, or Touch Stay welcome book, paste the URL or upload the export. We’ll extract sections and you’ll review for tone before publishing. Most imports are clean in under five minutes.
Curating favorites
The guide is only as good as your favorites. Aim for 10–20 spots in the categories that matter for your area: dinner, breakfast/coffee, hike or walk, rainy-day, kid-friendly, sunset, late-night.
- Host pick — you’ve eaten there, you’d send your friend. The AI leads with these.
- Verify hours — solid spot, but seasonal or unpredictable. Guide hedges accordingly.
- Web suggestion — auto-pulled from the open web. Guests see the source.
Add a one-line note in your voice — that’s what becomes the host quote in the rec card. “Ana’s go-to for pizza night. Worth booking ahead on weekends.”
Sharing with guests
Each stay generates a unique URL like guide.yourplace.com/marsh-cottage-jun14. Send it manually, or wire it into your PMS confirmation email so guests get the link the moment they book.
