What this is

The DPA governs how Guest Guide processes personal data on behalf of your business. Auto-applied to all Portfolio plans, available on request for Pro plans.

Sub-processors

AWS — primary hosting (us-east-1, eu-west-1)
Anthropic — AI model inference (zero-retention API)
Stripe — billing
Postmark — transactional email

Standard contractual clauses

EU SCCs included for transfers to US sub-processors. UK Addendum and Swiss equivalent on request.
